Granada Huntley East Chain School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Band Director to lead and grow our middle school and high school band programs. The ideal candidate will inspire students through music education, foster a culture of excellence, and continue the tradition of outstanding instrumental performance. Our new band director will collaborate with our choral director to provide elementary music education.

No school Wednesday due to impending blizzard conditions. There are no E-Learning obligations for 6-12 grade students . Thursday will be an E-Learning day for our 6-12 grade students. Elementary students will report to school on Thursday.
GHEC FFA will be accepting donations of plastic Easter Eggs to be used for our Egg my Yard event. These can be used or new! They can be brought to the box located in the school office!

GHEC 6th graders proved today that you can do hard things! We had a blast skiing today. Thank you Mount Kato, thank you chaperones, and thank you GHEC school for this opportunity many of us will remember forever!
If you have a child that is going to be in kindergarten (5 years old before Sept. 1st 2025) or preschool (3 or 4 years old before Sept. 1st, 2025) next school year, please attend our registration night tomorrow (Tuesday, March 4th) from 3:30pm to 6:30pm. Open enrollments will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you cannot attend tomorrow afternoon/evening, but intend to have your child enrolled at GHEC School next school year, please call the school office at (507) 447-2211 to communicate this information.

Our Egg My Yard Event is back again!
Let us help you eliminate the time it takes to fill and hide all the Easter eggs this year for your kids! GHEC FFA members are excited to visit your house and leave an Easter surprise!

FFA members will deliver and hide the eggs at your house the night of April 19th between 7:00-9:00pm. They will also deliver a special note from the Easter Bunny.

Please drop off or mail your payment to the high school office. Your payment needs to be received by Wednesday, April 16th at 3:30 p.m.
